Maison was founded by Emma and Mathew Tilman, a husband-and-wife team who share a passion for food, hospitality, and community. With deep experience in the food and beverage industry, Emma and Mathew have dedicated their careers to creating memorable culinary experiences. Maison is their dream brought to life – a place where they blend their talents to make each visit special. Emma, an artisan baker at heart, oversees recipe development and baking, infusing every loaf, pastry, and dessert with her dedication to quality. Meanwhile, Mathew’s background in hospitality and customer service ensures that every guest feels at home from the moment they walk through the doors.

The town’s vibrant history as a railroad hub and its beautiful natural surroundings have long inspired us, and we are proud to call Brunswick our home.
